Residence on 4 acres

This major addition approximately doubles the area of the home, and includes reworking design elements in nearly every part of the existing  structure. A significant challenge for this project  from an aesthetic and technological perspective was the integration of new with existing. The design of the addition takes cues from the  massing, exterior materials palette and roofscape of the existing home. State of the art mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were incorporated into the existing structure.
